FILL IT UP!
Shield operations team tracked down a syndicate stealing diesel from a client’s delivery truck in Okahandja by filling drums on the back of a bakkie that parks next to the truck when it fills up. Shield conducted a sting operation and caught all suspects red handed. The driver and assistant driver of the truck, the suspect driving the bakkie and fuel attendant were all subsequently arrested by Okahandja police. Employment of the driver and assistant driver successfully terminated.

BUILD ME A CASE
The SHIELD operations team identified a sales person at a construction supplies company who was working together with a delivery truck driver. Together they stole construction materials
from the company and sold the stolen material to unscrupulous contractors at discounted prices. SHIELD team built a strong case and working closely with law enforcement both suspects were arrested and the theft channel shut down.

SHE’S GOT A WEIGHT PROBLEM
Shield investigators identified a female sales executive who was falsifying weights and working with a criminal driver & vehicle assistant to steal products from a warehouse and sell it on the black market. The client built a case and subsequently terminated the employment of all involved. Police then arrested the suspects.

ONE OF US
The shield Africa operational team investigated a case whereby two employees of a popular distribution company sold order forms to members of the public so they could shop on the account of the employer of the suspects. Four suspects were identified and arrested.
